What I have done and what I will do:
My entire career has been “hands-on” doing all necessary customer service, merchandising, inventory control and management tasks. For most of that time, I have had a free hand to initiate projects for the betterment of the company and the customers. This has allowed me to develop my talent for visual perception and integrating the best interests of store operations and customer's expectations.
Let me share my lessons with you to prevent problems and conflicts with customers. That’s what makes a productive store.
I have worked in the following retail environments:
Appliances, large and small
Electronics:
television/vcr
audio
computer printers
Bedding
Hardware/home improvement
Drug stores/Convenience
Pet supplies
My resumé is available upon request if your not convinced..
Seminars
I will be presenting seminars on starting out in the retail business with your new store and another seminar on Customer Directed Merchandising. You can probably learn what you need to learn at one or both of these seminars. Please send me your contact information for dates and locations.
Book
The manuscript for “The View From Aisle One” is being prepared at this time and will soon be available to book editors and publishers.
