Merchant Boosters shall never disclose client’s proprietary information or business practices to any person or entity unless required by law. In oreder to avoid a conflict of interest, Merchant Boosters shall not survey, research nor investigate the practices of another retail establishment on behalf of a client.
Merchant Boosters shall only receive payment for actual work and consultation provided. Any other expenses incurred by Merchant Boosters shall be agreed upon and contracted for in writing.
No client shall receive preferred treatment or consideration over and above another client, unless such client has contracted to receive services on a retainer basis. Any other client or potential client shall be informed as to this arrangement. Merchant Boosters shall make every reasonable effort to provide services to those not clients that are not on a retainer basis in a timely manner.
